What of the important things to consider when looking for realtors is to understand a prospective real estate agent’s experience and wealth of knowledge.

When you first consider buying a house, it is important to sit down and assess some of the essential qualities you need to look for. Gather information from getting a pre-approval from a lender to understand the budget you have to work with but also to take into consideration the value that a realtor can provide.

Key questions to ask when selecting real estate agents are:

How many homes have you closed in the last 12 months?

How long have you been in the industry altogether?
What is your marketing strategy?
Do you have the support from a team?
What time frame do your listings take to sell?
Do you have any referrals I can use?
